Proposed tax rate for 2020 – 2021 fiscal year for the Russell County School District. A public hearing on the rate will take place September 3 at 4:30 p.m. with a special called board meeting immediately following at 5:00 p.m. to vote on the rate.  The meeting will take place in room #114 of the Russell County Auditorium/Natatorium.
