Video of Russell Springs, Kentucky Trunk or Treat on October 31, 2024. After nearly a month without rain it decided to rain this night, so the camera was stationary. While a small 10 minute film could have made of the footage, realize one of the main goals of this channel it to record our place in time so that one day it may be looked back on to see ourselves, our children, our friends and family in a different time. This channel, apart from being a repository for and give access to local government meetings, is in my mind a video archive that one day hopefully others will be glad was recorded and made public.
